The following six residence buildings will remain accessible during the holiday period; Leeds, Prescott, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, Grenville and Russell. Only those residents who requested and received permission to remain over this period of time will have access to their rooms in these buildings.  Campus cards will be deactivated on doors that access all of the other residence buildings, so that no resident can enter after 4 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2014 until noon on Jan. 4, 2015.

The residence dining facility serves its last meal at lunch on Dec. 22 and serves its first meal in 2015 at dinner on Jan. 4. During the period of the university closedown, Dec. 24 to Jan. 4, no other dining service outlets will be open.  Leeds, Prescott and Frontenac, however, are suite-style residences where students are able to prepare their own meals.
