Earth Science Alumni Charlie Kerans (PhD) wins prestigious award

The 2015 recipients of medals awarded annually by the Society for Sedimentary Geology have been announced.  

The winner of the prestigious Francis J. Pettijohn Medal in recognition of "Excellence in Sedimentology and Stratigraphy" for 2015 is Charlie Kerans (Ph.D. Geology, Carleton University, 1982).

The Faculty of Science and the Department of Earth Sciences congratulates Dr. Kerans on his award.
