Health Science Inquiry is an annual online publication that publishes the thoughts and views of Canadian graduate students on pertinent issues in the health and Medical Sciences. Our staff includes student members from universities all across Canada and submissions/inquires are welcome in both English and French.
Each year, Health Science Inquiry frames its issue around a specific theme and partners with internationally recognized academic journals. Our first issue on the H1N1 pandemic had a partnership with The Lancet Infectious Diseases; our second issue on cancer partnered with the Canadian Medical Association Journal; our third issue on diabetes and obesity partnered with the International Journal of Obesity and our most recent issue on mental health partnered with Annals of Internal Medicine, the Journal of Mental Health and the Canadian Journal of Community Mental Health. For our next 2014 issue, the theme will be Primary Health Care and we're currently accepting submissions. The submission deadline is extended to February 14th, 2014.
This year we are partnering with three internationally recognized journals: Medical Care, HealthCare Policy, and Canadian Family Physician, and full details of this partnership and submission guidelines can be found online and in the appended document.
