Service Excellence is enacted every day at Carleton University, but once a year we open up nominations for examples of how Carleton staff and faculty go above-and-beyond and truly inspire Service Excellence in exceptional ways. The Service Excellence Awards are an opportunity for the Carleton community to celebrate all staff and faculty who consistently deliver exceptional service.
Submitting a nomination is quick & easy! All university staff (full-time, part-time, continuing, and term) and faculty (tenured, professors, and contract instructors) are eligible to be nominated. Nominations can be submitted by anyone on campus, including students. Service Excellence is demonstrated by consistently delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations based on the university’s strategic plans and the service expectations defined in Carleton’s Service Excellence Standards.
