Carleton’s Service Excellence Standards
Nominate an individual who has demonstrated an exceptional ability in Service Excellence and are dedicated to providing outstanding and exemplary service to the students, staff, faculty and external partners whom they serve.
Nominate a team that has demonstrated a shared commitment to Service Excellence, in enacting the Service Excellence standards consistently through the projects and/or daily operations within their department(s).
Nominate a team or individual that have demonstrated innovation and fresh thinking through action in developing processes and outcomes which seamlessly reflect the Service Excellence philosophy of continuous improvement.
