The Engineering Outreach Office and the School of Computer Science are seeking volunteers for an event titled Go Code Girl. In this role, you will be mentoring high school girls as they learn the basics of programming. The ideal candidate would be a female student with a passion to share their knowledge and inspire girls to pursue a university education within engineering or computer science.
Some prior programming experience is required, but willingness to learn is also acceptable. Female students are preferred.
The time commitment is March 29th from 9am-1pm, which includes a free lunch in the residence dining hall. In addition, this position is eligible for your Co-Curricular Record.
