Graduate Studies
Many of our Honours students pursue graduate studies either in Canada or abroad. Carleton offers an extensive graduate study program in science, math and computer science. If you are considering this level of study, you should investigate graduate programs early in your undergraduate studies to ensure you meet the requirements. More Info
Professional programs
Many professional programs including law, teaching, medicine and business attract well-rounded applicants from a variety of backgrounds.
Through the Integrated Science Institute, Carleton Science students have the opportunity of working one-on-one with professors to develop a program tailored specifically for their needs.
Biology and biochemistry are two of the most common pre-medical school programs. Our Biochemistry program is one of the best training options for entry into medicine and other health science professional programs including dentistry, veterinary medicine, patent review, pharmaceutical sciences, teaching, to name a few.
