Carleton University Announces New Collaborative Master’s in Data Science

Carleton University has announced a new collaborative Master’s in Data Science geared at graduate students and high-tech professionals who are interested in understanding how to analyze and use “big data” sets collected by governments, industry, non-governmental organizations and others.

Rita Donovan, TSES Instructor, is a 2014 Ottawa Book Award Finalist!

Rita Donovan, an instructor for the Institute for Technology, Society and Environmental Studies at Carleton, has been recognized as one of the finalists for the Ottawa Book Awards Fiction category. Her novel is titled “Maura Quell” is now available.
